What the title says, does not summon ghouls anymore on her T3, also its not mentioned in the patch notes but T3 says it now only summons ONE ghoul instead.
It appears that the spawnpoint for the single ghoul is not properly initialized: instead of crawling out of the wall, it is instead just spawning into existence at the arbitrary center of the map.
