If Graves builds Recharging Rush she can completely ingore the Death collecting mechanic and essentially get her 1 every 20s which seems too opressive to be intended.

Dealing 200 damage would have been a problem if not for Intensifying Magazine which allows to quickly proc Recharging Rush and then use 1 to win every single fight.You still have to deal 200 damage. This is totally intentional lol, they literally added the item along with testing her.

Death mechanic is just a fancy Cooldown. If you buy CDR you'll see it reduces the death requires for a stack. This is similar to Wraith. So yeah most likely intended.Ignoring her main mechanic of collecting death feels like an exploit/bug so I made this post.
