Graves doesn't lose ammo while dashing (she deals more damage because of that)

Essentially, this bug is caused by Graves unique weapon, which allows you to shoot while dashing (other heroes cannot do this), but doesn't consume ammo while dashing - which is pretty strange, imo

Without dashing - 180 damage
