Graves' second ability cannot be quickcast; it requires a confirmation left-click to cast the spell, regardless of casting preferences assigned in the settings. I've checked multiple times to make sure that it isn't hero-specific casting in the settings, and quickcasting seems to work fine on all other characters I've played with all abilities.
