Graphics issue with graphics card.

I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 graphics card, and my drivers are fully updated, but when I join an actual game my screen looks like the image attached. I've tweaked some settings but nothing seems to fix it, so I'm assuming it's some sort of incompatibility with my graphics card, as I've seen others report this issue as well.

Tried that, didn't do anything (at least visually).
