Grab bag of Doorman suggestions

Here's a bunch of ideas for Doorman changes since he seems really pigeonheld into bellnuking or ultbotting. Not all of these are meant to be added together, just a few would improve Doorman's niche a bit. I'm not a numbers guy so I'm just using rough estimates of what sounds good. I'll explain some of the suggestions at the end.

Let me know what you guys think, I think Doorman would fit much nicer into his niche if he had more depth and versatility over damage.

GENERAL
-Item Duration scales +.4% every boon for a total of +14%.

CALL BELL
-Default cast has a duration of 3 seconds which ignores duration bonuses. Alt-cast throws the same bell but with a 30 second lifetime.
-+30 impact damage moved to T1, T2 now also constantly reduces enemy Debuff Resist by 15% (additively) in its radius. This does not stack.
-T3: Explosion prevents non-ult and non-stun debuffs from expiring for 1.25 seconds.

DOOR
-Doors reveal their location and radius to enemy players after being placed for 4 seconds.
-T2: first time travelers have their longest ability and item cooldown reduced by 3 seconds.
-T2: first time enemy travelers have all non-ult buffs dispelled, á la Cursed Relic.
-T2: first time enemy travelers have 22 spirit (slight spirit scaling) stolen from them for 8 seconds seconds. The next ally to pass through the door gains all acumulated stolen spirit power for 8 seconds.
-T2: abilities that pass through a door have an extra 30 spirit added to its scalings (does not stack if it passes through the door multiple times).

LUGGAGE CART
-50% Cooldown on Alt Cast.
-Allies gain +1 Stamina on Alt Cast.
-Hold down the ability key to ride Luggage Cart.
-25% Cooldown on Alt Cast instead.​
-Doorman can throw Bells and shoot while riding.​
-The extra mobility might mean Doorman should have 2 Base Stamina and riding might need to put his Ult on cooldown for 2 seconds upon getting off Luggage Cart.​
-Allies on the cart can act and have their ability range increased by 18% while riding and for 2 seconds after.
-If a Calling Bell detonates while the Luggage Cart is moving, the Luggage Cart will reset it's range (up to 50%) and change direction towards where the Bell exploded (Á la sinclair magic bolt but doesn't change vertical direction). Luggage Cart can be affected in this way multiple times.
-Luggage Cart counts as a Heavy Melee Cancel.

HOTEL GUEST
-T2: No longer stuns of Failure to Checkout. Instead, +1 Bell Charge and -40% Cooldown for Luggage Cart on cast and again on Failure to Checkout.
-T2: Can be Selfcast, acts as normal except checking out in time has Doorman appear at his nearest door (even inactive doors). On Failure to Checkout, Doorman appears where he selfcasted like normal. Either way, -50% Cooldown on Hotel Guest.


Explainations:

I think Doorman would be a lot more interesting if he had more utility to enforce his "mind games" playstyle niche. Some of the most important suggestions which fulfill this role would be:
-Door Visibility: Forcing the enemy to know your "territory" by revealing your door and its range allows Doorman to trick them into thinking he's at one part of the map. This would also lessen the frustration for players who get kidnapped alot since they will be able to see exactly where they need to avoid if they don't want to get kidnapped under the enemy walker.
-Item Duration Scaling: If we aren't going to get Gunman back, this will at least open up a lot more build variety.
-Call Bell altcast & constant Debuff Shred: this would allow bell to enable your teammates' abilities and really get value out of the constant effect the Bell emits. I find the 30% slow to be lackluster.
-Ride the Luggage Cart and Cart Range Reset: these open up tons of depth to Doorman's Luggage Cart and would allow you to escape with a teammate or deliver enemies a much farther distance by chaining Cart Resets using long lifetime Call Bells. Further, being able to Cart someone around a corner by reseting its direction would make Doorman feel less like he's pigeonheld into being a Bellnuker or Ultbot.

Doorman could also take on a more supportive roll with these suggestions:
-Any of the Door changes: door is sorely underutilized by teammates for its barrier and I think punishing enemies for using the door or rewarding allies who use the doors creatively would incentivize more teamplay with the doors.
-Cart +1 Stamina, Altcast Cooldown, Ally Range Buff while riding: all 3 of these would make Luggage Cart much more of a versatile tool in teamfights. A Doorman's Dynamo could activate Singularity and capture everyone on his path. Saving a teammate or pushing them forward allows them to escape or chase more effectively with the +1 Stamina.

Other suggestions:
-Hotel Guest +1 Bell Charge and Cart Cooldown: this one is more basic and enforces Doorman's present gameplan.
-Hotel Guest Selfcast: This change would give Doorman a get out of jail card at the cpst of damage and his ult. This is the change I like the least but it could enforce Doorman's mind games.
