Used flight above the mid boss arena and then got stuck in the building for the rest of the game, this is how it looked for me:

Yeah.. I got stuck outside the map with Shiv ult too.... Unfortunately, the Dev commands for "Suicide" and "Unstuck" does not work as intended. The only way out is to disconnect the internet, let the game kick you out of the match and then reconnect.
