So I genuinely cannot figure out why I was banned, finished my last game at like 6:30ish pm, took a break for like an hour or so to eat dinner, came back and searched for a game and was searching for like 5 minutes and eventually got put into a loading screen (the one without a hero image, just the spinning logo) then it just didn't load into a game and it gave me the after match screen from my previous game from like an hour before for some reason, so I searched again only for it to tell me I have a ban from playing this mode (standard match) until 10pm but it doesn't tell me why.
I never leave games early or rage quit, I'm not toxic, I never use cheats because I'm not a massive loser and I don't tend to AFK although if I have to I pause. I will say in that last match I did AFK for a couple minutes because my mouse ran out of battery and I had to run around the house trying to find a replacement battery (obviously my own fault) but I hadn't paused because I wasn't expecting it to take me too longer than 30 (again still my fault as the spare batteries weren't where I usually have them).
So overall I hadn't done anything unusual/toxic etc, in my last match to my knowledge so I think it comes from not loading into a game that never loaded, but I have no clue how to contact anyone to figure out what happened or how to appeal the ban so any help would be greatly appreciated
