pretty self explanatory.
i was in the swap heroes screen looking at drifter's abilities while in a party with my friend, and she got the notice that she could abandon a match or rejoin it while still in the hideout with me. she was confused, and so was i, because when i exited the swap heroes screen it just told me i was still waiting to get in a match. she waited for the 12th player to load in to her match, but they never did (and i assume it was supposed to be me).
i had to close and reopen the game because i was stuck in matchmaking and i wasn't able to get out of it and/or queue us for another match, and when i tried to queue for a match after reopening the game, it told me i was banned for two hours.
there's gotta be some kind of failsafe that can be implemented so that this doesn't happen, because this is a completely unjust ban.
