Got banned for no reason

I got banned not too long ago for the infamous instant disconnecting bug, where as you soon as you get into a match it instantly disconnects you from the match and puts you into the lobby. I tried to close the game and open it up again to try and rejoin so as to not get banned for abandoning the match and it worked, i played the game like normal (despite kicking me out of the game twice and having to rejoin again) only to be met with a 12 HOUR BAN AT THE END OF THE MATCH AND BEING PUT IN A LOW PRIORITY QUEUE FOR "ABANDONING THE MATCH" valve pls fix https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199158075284/

Yeah, I wish the system would acknowledge that you rejoined and actually contributed to the match. I got a short ban for this a few days ago, too.

Its so frustrating trying to be a good sport and being punished for it
