Got banned and sent to low priority for my game crashing even though I reconnected to the match in the first minute of the match

I really like this game and I want to keep playing but this is a repeated issue and is getting to be quite annoying especially when I'm just trying to play with my friends. but getting a 24 hour ban for something I didn't even do is kinda insane I feel like the punishment system needs alot of work especially when it doesn't actually punish people just throwing, but bans people who are actually playing
