Golden Egg can be sold through the channel time for easy farming

Player w/ level 0 profile using a macro to rapidly buy and sell Goose Egg during its channel time to immediately gain the buffs

This might seem pessimistic but the devs dont think like that in regards to stuff might be unfun to deal with or abusable cause if they did doorman wouldnt have -13 sec CDs on his ult when its easy to get someone to know stamina or focus on a low stamina character or apollo riposte still working on any form of damage and acting like a counter spell

It's just straight up unfun to play against folks willing to abuse the egg like this. Even if they aren't macroing it like this... it's very demoralizing to literally watch the enemy team buy/channel/rebuy the egg when the game is drawn out and everyone is full build. It makes me feel like I'm putting myself at a disadvantage by not doing it, and it just SUCKS. Is that the gameplay devs want for super long games? Everyone sitting in base spamming eggs waiting for the next teamfight to see who wins the game?

The egg should not be able to give statue buffs immediately after being purchased. Rework it's initial starting value to 0, or like someone else said, make it so it needs 800 instead... don't really give a shit, it just cannot stay in the game as it is now. So long as it's possible to get an immediate boost, people will always find ways to bug and abuse it.

like I said before this is either in their crosshairs or something they are ignoring until it gets worse even if it ruins your immediate moment to moment gameplay. Its pretty clear they dont play their own game enough cause if you looked at the recent balance patches, im not trying to be pessimistic. Keep telling them the way egg works isnt healthy for the game and keep buffs like that to only the map cause like you said it removes the need to even go out and collect golden statues
