Glitch when watching mach while in queue

Started ranked queue, went to spectate a friend while waiting. My match started before the spectate mode loaded. While match was about to begin the spectator game loaded and took me out of my game. I couldn't stop spectating without an abandon penalty. After restarting the game I was glitched in my match and stuck in teleporter.

Also when I was stuck I tried to hit escape and hit the unstick character and kill character buttons but they did not work.
