I want a hero whose core existence is visceral swinging from buildings on a rope. I need a cooldown short enough to chain swings into a manic, perpetual rhythm. Call it whatever you want. I don't care. Just give me a kit that scales damage with altitude and rewards the airborne. Give me the power to web targets or drag them into the air with me.
