Have heroic aura provide a visual indicator for the radius that it effects/ the radius of its active. I would say it be a small orange circle that hovers around the character. the circle attaches to the floor as best it can. Likely only have its radius indicated by the owner of the item as to reduce visual clutter. Could even take it a step further and have the radius change to a different color when the active part is ready or once its used and is on cooldown
