Im a huge fan of scream franchise and watching scream 6 which takes place in NYC i thought why we couldnt have masked psycho as a hero. Was thinking something similar to shiv however instead of throwing knives, hero could sneak close and stab in the back doing some dmg based on missing health. Sneaking so next ability would be some kind of stealth something similar to haze’s ability. As a main weapon, hero could have long shotgun. One more ability that I can think of is some kind of flashbang that makes u blind and deaf for a moment. Last ability(not ult) could be affecting the shotgun like boosting his weapon velocity or bullet spreading
