Hi,
just a quick idea about a fun character that might actually make the game more fun. Apologies if similar char was posted, havent seen such. I was looking for fun character that actually brings smile while playing and cooked this:
Ghostface

ABILITY 1
BULLET FIESTA
Ghostface increases his reload speed and gains fire rate and weapon damage while his movement speed is reduced for certain period of time
GAMEPLAY
more reloads = better firerate and damage -
VISUAL
Imagined this as his reload animation is smoking a quick one, and depending on how many "smokes" he had during this ability time, with demonic smile and red eyes- so people know its time to run from him, like from lycan form from Silver.
most important factor would be visual of his face - the more reloads he hits, the more he is smiling, so it is clear indication how dangerous his gun would be at the moment of the smile
. Crazy laugh should be indication that Ghostface reached the peak of the reloads and should receive another buff, that should be scary.
ITEM SUGGESTION
all reload speed options or instant reloads + duration
SKILL CURVE
the more you shoot and hit, the more rewarded with more ammo, damage and firerate you are. Aim is to hit certain amount of reloads, to reach the peak of the skill
ABILITY 2
DUEL HOOK
A short range hook that tethers Ghostface and his oponent for a short period of time, triggering twice
Meaning this tether activates by itself twice and both time strongly pull both targets to each other - that forces them towards each other - Ghostface should get some resists during this time, probably also melee damage
VISUAL
the best representation would be the Deathslinger chain hook ability from Dead by Deadlight
ITEM SUGGESTION
Mystic expension, Close Quaters, point blank, all melee items, rebuttal etc
SKILL CURVE
basically forces both opponents into melee or close range, so parry is a big factor, and decision making behind it (not recommended to duel when you are outnumbered). At final step of ability maybe he can hit friends to grant them resists or simply tether towards him without the trigger - should be short range tho - for example rescuing someone from Dynamo ult etc
ABILITY 3
YOU DECIDE
it should be a movement skill or spirit related skill so he has another spirit scaling oportunity
movement skill would enable tethering the target - rolling back while continuosly shoting your gun

if there is a need for spirit related scalling skill, it might be some kind of barrier, either solo or aoe so there is a possibility for support play ( that might scale with the aoe buff for reload speed from skill one)
ULTIMATE ABILITY
Now, we reached the identity of the character idea - it is something that older generation might appreciate, and also, in my personal opinion, can liven up the voice channels during games - leading even to further communication to eventually ensure victory. (mhm)
WAAAZAAAA

Ultimate should apply a very short mini stun or animation lock ( for character to pick up the phone and shout WAAAZAAA)
Chain should scale with ability points, my personal suggestion would be maximum ammunition steal for a certain period of time so Ghostface can rain bullets. Naturally, Ghostface shouts WAAZAA if any target does get affected by the ultimate.
Ability should have spirit scaling to enable alternate path for builds etc.
Potential alternative is that if Ghostface passes phone to 1 target, the affected target can only pass the phone 1 time, and Ghostface can pass the phone again to another target - if we want to not have chain ability and force certain items

VISUAL
Ghostface throws his anitc phone to the target during certain time period - the target has to pick up the phone and is locked in the animation (should be rather short) - and screams WAAAZAA - on successfull WAAAZAA target passes the phone to closest enemy team member (within certain distance) - after first WAAAZAA it should be and aoe chain - that ofc should be regulated properly - might add target cap, however does not seem necessary as it will be hard to hit the chain anyway.

you need to hit with the phone accurately, so the hitbox should be appropriate and then - either this ability is a chain - that affected targets pass the phone or Ghostface himself has to pass the phone to all targets during the ultimate skill time. This would require him to survive in the chaos and introduces build variety.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
for younger generation - either write WAAAZAA on YT or direcly check

I can only imagine how fun this might be for devs to do and create audio files for all characters. I do not think i need to explain how patrons should be affected, visuals or voice lines.
I do not know about balancing or legal stuff, therefore will understand if names, ability names or the ultimate is changed, however i think the general idea of the character was presented fairly. But if we can have 50 in the game, Ghostface should not be an issue, i hope.
You can only imagine the WAAAZAAA on voice channels with this character in the game. Watching Deadlock Night Shift mid boss fight would be the funniest fiesta you will ever seen, with chat literally spamming your WAAAZAAA emote.
The idea behind the character is high skill gunslinger, that needs to hit multiple reloads to reach the full potential of the gunplay, or melee fighter that requires high skill cap for close quater fights or a disruptor with his ability to cancel or interrupt ongoing ulties (like haze, mo, silver etc) during teamfight
