"Ghost" Melee Sound

Seems to occur mostly in laning phase, but I'm getting the melee "thwap" when nobody is meleeing. Very disorienting.

Happening to me as well. Almost every game, I get shit scared that someone is trying to melee me from behind 2 mins into the game.
