Getting temp banned til 20:00

Basically i got a ban till 20:00.
cause the UI or my pc idk what but atleast couldnt buy or press "ESC" nothing and so i was gonna try to quit the game and rejoin. and now im banned for like fucking 9 hours tyhis is my 3 or 4 match leave and one of them is this time and i didnt even mean to leave the match only rejoin. and i would really appriciate some help casue i cant play with my friends now in many hours. and im supposed to go at 7 today so no more playing for me ig.
please someone help me?

reason i post here is cause 1 some glitch or bug with UI. seemd to happen after i used the F1-F6 feautures. and potentially allso get help at the same time.

allso want to clarify. yes i left on purpose the game before cause i didnt cancel Q in time cause i had to go to the store. but didnt wanna leave the game i got that 6hour ban or whatever. just wanted to fix that UI BS couldnt do shit or buy or nothing.

In dota 2 when you press leave match, you go to main menu, where you can rejoin the match or leave completely. When i started playing Deadlock i thought that it`s the same, so when i had huge lag spikes i pressed leave match thinking i can reconect back from the main menu...you can imagine my face when i got banned.

trust me i feel u never smashed my desk this fast and hard before .
but cant lie it does feel like shit tho. casue i never actually ment to leave leave the match. and i was supposed to play with friends but thats gonna be hard now.
