As it sounds, if you go into the REM passages in the hideout/lobby and swap hero in this entrance to the passage, you're teleported through the roof to a hidden box which is seemingly inescapable (dunno if I'm missing a hidden unstick button). Can't use any hero abilities because it's in the main lobby room, not practice range.
This bug also occurs if you enter as REM, play a game as a character other than REM and are returned to the lobby as that character afterwards.
Couldn't figure a way out other than exiting the game.
