getting put into EU region randomly

May have happened in 36743680 also, I couldn't tell if it was just 1 russian guy but it was very laggy. I'm from pennsylvania queueing with someone in the same city

I had a lot of NA players connect to EU servers. These mostly occur around 10:00 p.m. EST. It might be due to the number of players available at that time of day. That being said, I don't remember connecting to NA servers ever since the game came out unless I queued with someone from that region specifically.
