Every time I join a game, it takes a lot of time to load, and when the match is about to start, it freezes and kicks me to the lobby ( IMG 1 ). I try to reconnect to the match, and when I connect back after 10 seconds, the game crashes, so I open the game again and wait like 3 min. to the game to load, give me the option to reconnect, and spend 1 min in the loading screen to get kicked to the lobby again. I try to reconnect another 4 times to no avail, and when I finally connect successfully, everyone has left the match.
This has happened multiple times, with the crash part being the most rare. I'm surprised I didn't get reported or banned, which has already happened.

The net jitter or rubber banding goes crazy every now and then with an insane lagspike ( IMG 2 )
