Getting DLL and manifest errors after the latest update

I'm running Windows 11 Build 24H2 on an Intel Core i7 10th gen and using an Nvidia RTX 2060
I have the latest drivers installed and am not missing anything or seeing any errors in device manager
I am also not using an IME and have no foreign content mounted to the game

i don't see any error messages, game just won't launch thru steam after update.

It might be that you are using Green or Koala, if yes, try deleting it.

what are you talking about? i don't recall installing anything with a name like that but if its a framework or something i don't need ill get rid of it

Something messing with your Steam. It's not the game's fault.
