Getting banned from not loading

Ever since around Celeste-Apollo got added, i've been getting bans for not loading into matches. This exact same loading problem was happening when the new heroes started, but it was pretty moot since it just put you back to hideout normally.

This is insane, I am being punished for trying to play the game.
