Getting a report restriction

Riddle me this. Cheating players, smurfing eternus players on brand new accounts, players running down lanes, players calling eachother slurs, screaming players in voice chat, resque beam trolling, afk´s and ragequitters. And I get a ban on reports? In which way am I abusing the system, if the players that I report are actually misbehaving? I really don´t wish that Face-It becomes the only viable option to have fun in deadlock.

Same shit, theres so many smurfs and cheats to report that I run out of "report tickets" near instantly i get the chance.

What a wonderful system.

How exactly am I supposed to know if my reports are valid if I never get any feedback, aside from "well bob, thats enough".....like, ok ? I guess you enjoy your cheaters then ? Its infuriating. Fucking robotlike lash goes 30-0 while everyone else on his team perform 10x worse and valve is there telling me "nah you cant report this now".

And these robots always play the same; different account name but somehow feels like the same kind of playstyle is being played, it feels like whenever some cheat tool gets an update theres always a specific hero who goes way out of control. For a while there were uber vindictas every game, then minas, then shivs, now lashes, and they always play the same, as if driven by some tools.

Same issue. I just stopped reporting completely cause whenever I report griefers and cheaters I get report ban.
