Geist stops shooting if you press 2, even if its on cooldown

It's just an annoying thing... when you press 2 as Geist, even if the 2 skill is on cooldown, you stop shooting and you have to let go of LMB and re-press it to start shooting again.

I tested this out in Hero Testing and I didn't seem to find a problem. Maybe there was something else to it like a quickcast setting?

I use quick cast on that ability so maybe that's it
