Game's main map doesn't work on Proton 11 or Experimental (Linux)

Today the main map stopped working correctly (seems like after proton update through steam), when loading the main map, the game either hangs or loads back into the hideout. After the latter the game can hang when loading the menu or items shop. Despite that, the sandbox map loads correctly without any issues.

Seems like it doesn't occur on Proton 10, so it looks like there's an issue with newer versions, yet I did play on Proton Experimental without any said issues before that.
