Game won't start

The game just stopped starting even though everything was fine before.

working fine, just played couple of bot games fine

I was able to launch the game only from another monitor, but the game opened in a completely strange resolution

I solved the problem by switching different settings in the monitor

Oh weird, i just tried hailys' method too, changing my primary monitor and that fixed the issue.
For reference I have two ViewSonic VA2349S. I didn't have the game launch at a weird resolution though, and was able to change my primary back after the fact, relaunches have been fine.
