Game window raised about 29 pixels out of place

Upon opening the game, the window is out of place. The top is cut off and the bottom has a black bar about 29 pixels tall. I have been able to re-center the window by switching to custom resolution and applying settings. Only a temporary fix though, this occurs again after relaunching the game.

Running the game through proton on arch linux with wayland, & a RTX 3070 gpu
