Game stuck loading trying to go into the sandbox

I was going to go into the sandbox to check out the most recent changes, but the game is just stuck on the loading screen.

Check if you have split tunnel turned on if you have a VPN EVEN if it's disabled. Turning it off is what resolved it for me.

I don't use a VPN when playing. It only seems to happen on the first time I open the game, loading gets stuck but the menu still shows when I press ESC and you can click on Leave Spectating. From there you can go back to the main menu and try again and then it'll work.
