I was queueing, and decided to enter the hero sandbox while waiting but got a game at that exact second. The client put me into the hero sandbox with no indication of me being in a game, and I waited 2-3 minutes. When clicking 'Leave Sandbox' it prompted me as if I was leaving a match but there was no other option, and when I left the sandbox and tried to queue for another game it had me on a temporary game ban.
