Bug report: Starting hero sandbox when trying to find a game can get you banned

If you start hero sandbox right at the same time that a match is found, you won't be able to join that game even if you leave the sandbox. This will get you banned.

Steps to reproduce:
- Click on play
- Click on play deadlock
- Select roster and click enter queue
- Now click on heroes
- Select any hero
- If you time clicking the hero sandbox button to when a match is found you will enter the sandbox and you won't be able to join the other match
