Game pause abuse bugs talon's ability

Game id 300930, you can see McGinnis always pausing game when talon's uses ability 4 to bug it so he can't move it at all anymore when the game is unpaused. At the end of the game you can even see McGinnis texting "No ults today" in all chat. Kind of a toxic bug abuser.
