Game launches with a black screen (and a curser if hit escape) after today's update

Game launches with a black screen (and a curser if hit escape) after today's update. Everything was fine before today. I can hear my char running around and I can press escape to get a mouse curser but nothing else.

Full reinstall fixed this, but something to be looked into. Verify game files did not work.

same issue, currently doing a fresh install as well

-edit: full reinstall didn;t work for me sadly

Facing the same issue. Ever since the update that added Rem, launching the game just puts me in the loading screen, before loading the hideout for about half a second, and then puts me back in the loading screen. I've tried reinstalling, verifying files, deleting mods, and the game is still unplayable. Please help!
