Game Lagging When Venator Lands a Stun

I've recently had performance issue where anytime a venator lands a stun with his 2 my game lags like crazy. It gets much worse the later the game goes as fights get more chaotic. I've never had this issue with any other ability despite running lower end hardware and think its odd this one interaction causes severe lag. Are there any potential fixes for this or is this purely a hardware issue on my end.

it isn't on your end. Every time he USES gutshot, it stutters for a full second, he doesn't even have to connect on a player with it. Legit unplayable if ven is in the game, doesn't matter the team.
