Game keeps crashing with error VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST

Not sure as to why, haven't updated my drivers recently or anything and i validated my files twice before trying to launch the game again. I'm going to try rolling back my drivers but not sure if anything will change. Any help would be appreciated.
