Game Freezes when you update video graphic settings

This happened to me twice, so far. I've tried to update the graphics settings and the game freezes when I click apply settings. I no longer touching these settings for the time being. I moved the game to my SSD C drive and still had the same issue.

Same happened to me today. Tried to lower my settings while waiting for respawn and the game froze on this screen:
I could still hear the game. I could hear myself shoot my gun and move around and stuff it was just the visuals that were frozen.
