I had this happen to me on October 12th, 2024, around 3PM EST. Match ID is 22130310.
This is the third time this bug has happened to me. In the middle of a game I will crash and the following dialogue box appears.
Clicking okay closes the game. When I try to open the game again via steam I am met with the following:
At this point downloading content never progresses. Verifying the integrity of the game files does nothing, no error, no success, seems to be some sort of uncaught exception and just silently closing out the verify game files program.
To play again I have to reinstall the game.
