Game feels heavy and slow

Ever since Apollo's release the game has been feeling weird for me, especially with this new slow motion screens in Street Brawl. The movement with the characters has felt as if it still is being affected by this slow motion even when it shouldn't. That and the bug of really being stuck in slow motion in the lobby after a Street Brawl.
