Game Doesn't Open

Hello ,I am experiencing an issue where Valve games (specifically Counter-Strike 2 and Deadlock) do not launch properly on my PC. When I click "Play", the button changes to "Stop" and remains that way indefinitely, but the game never opens. In Task Manager, the game executable appears only under background processes and never becomes an active application window.Other Steam games (for example Terraria) launch and run normally, so the issue seems specific to Source 2 / Valve titles.System information:

• Windows 11
• AMD Ryzen 5 7600
• AMD RX 580
• Latest Steam client installed

Troubleshooting already attempted:

• Verified game files
• Disabled overlays (Steam and AMD)
• Cleared Steam cache
• Repaired Steam Service
• Disabled Windows Exploit Protection mitigations (ACG/CFG) for the games
• Tested with Riot Vanguard services stopped

The issue persists across both CS2 and Deadlock. The games never display a window and remain stuck running in the background.Could you please help identify what may be preventing the games from initializing correctly?
