Game crashes

Game crashes when I try to start a private bot game and also when I select a hero during the Hero Training thingy.

I tried vulkan and the game won't even open, does anyone have a recommendation? I am playing on 240hz, 4080, i9, windows11. graphics updated and everything...

• The most banal thing is to check the game files through the Steam client.
• If it doesn't help, look at the Speaker Configuration parameter in the Audio settings. If there is 7.1 or 5.1, then change it to headphones
• Try to record the console output when loading the level.
• Does a window with information about the crash appear?

I verified the files through steam.
Checked the sound and it was on headphones already.
I posted a screenshot of the console before the game crashed if that is what you meant.
No, there is no window, the game just closes.

I am also posting my settings just in case.
