Game Crashes Video Outputs

I don't want to successfully recreate the bug because it is a hassle to fix it, and I am not sure I have found what fixes it.
Hardware:
RTX 3080ti EVGA - latest drivers (595.97)
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x - Ryzen Master up-to-date
Asus TUF B550m-plus (AMD Chipset 8.02.18.557 up-to-date)
2x16gb Ram Corsair Vengeance Pro @ 3666mhz
Kingston SNV2S2000G 2TB drive

HPM24fw FHD and a KA242Y H
1xHDMI 1xDisplayPort being used, the displayport has a cheap off brand displayport-to-hdmi adapter to use on my monitor.

Game runs on max settings and sits at a comfortable 100-140fps. It was indeed on full screen, now I've set it to windowed fullscreen, and it didn't happen.

Bug:
Deadlock runs full screen on my HP monitor. The bug first appeared when I left the pc with the game open for more than 5 minutes, and the screen went to sleep mode (Windows turned it on last update). When I tried waking it up, my monitors showed no input detected. I could still hear the audio from the browser window I had left open, not sure about the game audio.

I tried switching hdmi cables for different ones, turning the pc off and on through the power button, psu shut off, and even turning the outlet on and off, removing and restarting the computer without the adapter or cables, and just with one cable plugged in. After a couple of restarts, pressing the Ctrl + Shift + Windows button + B seemed to reset the monitor 1 (HP), but only if the Monitor 2 (Acer) was unplugged? Not sure.

Shrugged it off as a coincidence, opened the game back again, and this time it happened because i clicked off-screen, onto my browser on the second window. Same procedure to fix, not sure if you need the 2nd monitor unplugged.

This happened both times while exploring NYC with noclip on, and maybe HUD hidden and camera locked in place. Not sure if that would matter

I can try and recreate it for a log file, maybe.
