Game crashes stuck verifying at 0%.

Hi i have posted about this issue before but it happened again while trying to by my leaver buster matches for the exact same issue happening. I join a match play perfectly fine for a few minutes. Then my game crashes abruptly and says files corrupted. I try to reopen the game and the files saying verifying 0% for 5 minutes. I close and reopen steam multiple times to no avail. After waiting a while the files then start validating and I rejoin and manage to win the match but not without still getting leaver penalties. I have seen many other posts about this EXACT issue and it seems like a very game breaking issue that is tanking the player base.
