game crashed, then was stuck with no sound and broken animations

matchid 27491235 game crashed about a minute into the lane and when i rejoined walking shooting and jumping animations were gone my gun made no sound and shooting jumping or moving made the screen shake
restarting the game multiple times while letting shaders load didnt help, neither did restarting steam or my pc
