I got a crash almost right after finishing the lane (I am the shiv, btw). The crash said that I was missing the map files. This has happened once before, but this time, when I tried to relaunch the game, it said 0% downloading content and would not move forward.
I got a 2 hr ban for this, and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix the issue or get the ban repealed. I am fine waiting for the time, but I don't want another crash to result in an even longer ban

When the crash occurred, I tried to restart my PC, and it continued having the issue. I could not verify the files, as it would also cause an infinite load. I just had to fully reinstall the game, and I was able to join back in, but by that time, I was already considered abandoned, even though I finished out the game.
I have created backup files now, so hopefully that will work to avoid this issue in the future.
