Game crashed because corrupt vpk files and can't launch the game again

I got this error (see the first image below) for the second time in 100hr.

The thing is, I can't launch the game even after a restart, the game want to download content but got stuck to 0% forever... (see second image)

Coming back because I got the exact same probleme today, again.

Last time I restarted my PC + launched TF2 and I could finally open deadlock. Tried the same thing now but didn't work out

Coming back again, same error, same problem. And now I'm banned for a whole day because of this. It's not very fun tbh... It's not my fault if I got DC because of an error from the game

EDIT : There is a LOT of people with the same issue and getting ban for a reason that we canno't control, is it possible to have an answer from a Dev as if this bug can be fix or not ? And if they are working on it ?

I don't want to find myself PERMABANNED one day because of this, please !
