Game Crash during main screen or during first few min of game

I have a random bug where I crash while on the main menu or in the first 1-2 min of the game, I can replicate this crash.
I have tried verifying files, reinstalling and adjusting settings.
I have no spike in temperature, no FPS drop and no signs of an actual hardware issue.
I have a 4090 and a 5950x 36GB of ram.
I average about 120-165 fps in game with max settings.
I would love to play the game without crashing.

After it crashes and I reboot it runs fine no crashes for the rest of the game.

*update*
fixed the crash? under audio settings my key bind for push to talk was not binded and open mic was un selected, it was causing my game to have a open mic when open mic was unselected due to open mic not being binded to a key bind and that was causing crashing ? not to sure but binding both party and in game mic to a key fixed my crashing and is no longer a problem.
