Game constantly crashing

Hi. I'm a new player! My game keeps crashing, I downloaded Envidia Geforce and adjusted the rendering settings to the fastest and lowest possible and it still crashes, I have no old PC either.
Here I leave the specifications of my PC.

My game keeps crashing too, and I'm getting matchmaking bans for it. There's nothing I can do about it. Even when I rejoin the game, since I was gone for long enough it treats it like I left. Really annoying that I'm getting penalized for something that isn't my fault.
