Game breaking: Input breaks for abilities.

I get a bug that happens mid match where some of my abilities become unable to be activated in any way even via the console.

Attached is a video of me trying to use healing aura. You can see the button icon below the ability shows that I am pressing the button but the ability will not activate.

This is a new bug since the update yesterday.

Same thing with geist bomb and i think its bcz we try to use the abilitiy while being stunned and die

same thing happened to me with seven, its really annoying
