First game of every session I've had in DL, the game will automatically minimize to desktop (always happens during laning phase).
The game continues to work once I am able to get the game back on screen.
I am running a 4090/13900k combo if that helps.
It's happened at most twice in one session but usually it's just my first game of the night and then it doesn't happen again til next time.
